The artworks-photo downloaded on the website for the exhibition must be of very good quality and must be cropped, the work must not be on the easel, not on the table, no other objects can be seen, only the work itself and with good brightness.

The event will take place in the city of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, in one of the two proposed locations depending on their reservation-availability and will be sent later to all registered and validated artists. These locations are: IULIUS MALL CLUJ-NAPOCA and CASINO URBAN CULTURE CENTER CLUJ-NAPOCA.

The exhibition panel will be 6m/3m in size, each registered-validated work will be displayed on the panel at an approximate size of 30cm/30cm depending on availability and the design of the panel with the possibility of two panels of 6m/3m each. Each registered-validated work will be displayed on the site on a dedicated page.

Each artist can register with a single work to give the possibility to more artists to have a place on the panel.

The participation fee is 160 $/euro per artist-work    TYPES OF PAYMENTS

1. After registration, to be validated you must to complete all forms and steps and make the payment.  If you want to receive and have access to the legal contract, you must also register as a member on the website. If is necessary and the payment cannot be made from the registration form, return to the payment button. Payment can be made via Paypal, Skrill, Payoneer and Stripe.

2. Each artist can register with only one work.

3. It is absolutely necessary to register with your full-real name, email address and a portfolio website link.

4. If by force majeure event cancellation, $100 of the $160 will be refunded, this will be very unlikely, in fact it will be rescheduled on another calendar date and will be communicated to all participants.

5. All participants will receive a digital printable certificate of participation sent by email.

6. For any irregularity, find the contact details and do not hesitate to contact EXPO TIN-ART.

7. The exhibition on the panel will be interactive and visitors will be able to vote for their favorite artwork, the artwork-painting that will accumulate the most votes will be designated the winner and will receive a prize of 1000 euros from Ostin-Art.
